As I wrote earlier, my visit was based out of the city of Taunton (which means “town on the River Tone”…thank you Wikipedia). It’s a nice sized city, like 60,000 people or so?
I spent some time exploring the city centre which actually had really good shopping…and Starbucks. Cookies may be biscuits, chips may be crisps, fries may be chips but a Tall Nonfat Latte is still a Tall Nonfat Latte. And for that I was grateful. The Starbucks in England also have these delicious Skinny Lemon Poppy seed Muffins (they are still like 350 calories so I do not know how that is skinny but they are sooo delicious. Can we get them in the States…please?!?!)
